Steve Wallace, President Central Fantail Club Welcome to the new Central Fantail Club web site!  It is my hope that you will find it to be a source for current information on Fantail events, upcoming shows and history that is pulled together and is relevant to Fantail Folks from around the world.  It is truly amazing in this electronic age that we find ourselves living in right now if you consider that just over 100 years ago it would take months to receive a letter and 50 years ago a trans-Atlantic phone call was possible but took forever to connect and was at best scratchy.  So now we have e-mail, cell and satellite phones and web sites.  Where will we be in another 50 years? While the CFC is not one of the first "off the blocks" so to speak in terms of communicating with a web site we do hope to eventually achieve recognition for being thorough and inclusive regardless of where you are at in the hobby … whether you are a beginner or consider yourself a professor emeritus.  So, while the CFC is in the beginning or developmental stages of this site it is necessary to point out that most information will be available to anyone regardless of club affiliation.  The Central Fantail Club bulletin will have articles and picture and also a source of valuable hard copy information will be available to members only.  I invite you to become a member now.  You can do so by contacting the club Secretary /Treasurer whose information you can also find on this site.  Enjoy your visit!

Henk Schuitemaker, 2nd Vice President Central Fantail Club Hello Everyone, I am very excited about our new web site.  I know Earl Biedermann has done a lot of research on this and so a big thank you to him for getting this done.  A big thank you to Bob Vincent for sending our Web Master all the information that should go on this site and so again my hat is off to these two guys for getting this very necessary ball rolling.  I believe we have some exciting things happening in the future of the Central Fantail Club so hold on to your hats as things begin to move again in the Central.
